We went into Valentina Decorative Floors and spoke to Denis Martinez. We were having a problem with our floor and this man took the time to explain to us what could be done. Our experience with Valentina Floors in Boca was outstanding! We gave them the keys, left for vacation and returned to a gorgeous new floor! Although the showroom was not big, their selection was superior to the 5 other floor showrooms that we explored throughout Palm Beach and Boca. After spending so much time trying to find a specific tile that was no longer being made, I came across Valentina Decorative floors based out of Florida. After speaking with Brian the team, they went above and beyond to locate the tile I needed. Me, never having met them/ not being in the same state as them, I currently live in (Chicago, IL) they offered to ship us all the tile for a very reasonable price and even the tile itself was a great price compared to other places that were charging an arm and leg for the same tile. They made the process over the phone very seamless and they gained my trust and business very fast! I would definitely go back to them for more tile and future business! We had the best experience ever with Valentina floors! From the moment we walked in up to the last minute. The guys were so professional, neat, on time, everything was done perfectly. They finished eveything in one week!!! I cannot recommend a better company. We removed the carpets and put porcelain tiles and it looks like a whole different house now!
